Our Warranty Promise
All Melux Australia products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If your item is found to be faulty due to manufacturing issues within this period, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund you, as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs
Normal wear and tear (e.g. frayed cables, scuffed surfaces)
Water or heat damage unless product is specifically rated for those conditions
Products not purchased through an authorised Melux Australia retailer or distributor
