melux Return & Refund Policy
At Milux, we want you to enjoy every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
- Products must be in unused, resellable condition and free from damage caused by misuse.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.
2. Electronics-Specific Conditions
- Chargers, cables, and earphones can only be returned if they are unopened or faulty on arrival.
- Power banks and batteries must be returned in original packaging due to safety and transport regulations.
- LED lamps, speakers, and other gadgets must be returned with all parts, accessories, and protective covers.
- Items showing signs of tampering, modification, or water damage will not be accepted for return unless under warranty repair.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back in secure packaging to avoid transit damage.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method, which includes the same card or digital platform (such as mobile or watch payment, e-wallet, etc.) used for the initial purchase.
- If the original payment method cannot be verified (for example, a different digital platform is presented at the time of refund, or your card has been replaced), the payment method of the refund will be at Milux’s discretion.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
- To process a refund, you may be asked to provide information relevant to your return or as required by law. If you do not provide the requested information, we may be unable to process your return.
5. Proof of Purchase & Identity Requirements
When returning a product with adequate proof of purchase, you may be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction.
If you do not have adequate proof of purchase, and the product does not meet consumer guarantees, you will be asked to provide photo identification containing your full name, signature, and expiration date to verify your identity.
The identification you provide may be accessed by authorised Milux team members and trusted third parties for the purposes of fraud investigation and prevention. Your information will be securely stored for a reasonable period and may be disclosed to government authorities when required or authorised by law.
Acceptable forms of proof of identity include:
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Australian Citizenship Certificate (with accompanying photo ID)
- Any current Passport
- Australian Document of Identity
- Medicare Card (with accompanying photo ID)
- Australia Post Key Pass identity card
Adequate proof of purchase includes:
- The original Milux receipt (paper or digital).
- A clear photo of the full Milux receipt, including barcode.
- A Milux digital gift receipt.
- Online tax invoice or order confirmation email.
- A statement from your payment provider clearly identifying the product.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same product type in a different model, color, or variant, subject to availability.
- If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Warranty
- Most Milux products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
9. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty).
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
