Do you ship across Australia?

Yes. We ship across Australia from Melbourne. Shipping is free on orders over $99, and orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

What is the return policy?

You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories. Chargers and cables can only be returned if unopened or faulty on arrival, and power banks must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect. The full details are on the Return policy page.

What warranty do melux products have?

melux products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The full details are on the Warranty page.

Can I take a power bank on a plane?

Which charger and cable do I need for a laptop?
